Terms of Use
These terms define the conditions for accessing and using Plexia.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the service or connecting a Facebook account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.
2. Purpose of the service
Plexia lets you connect Facebook Pages, organize Messenger conversations, automate the initial response, send authorized utility messages, and continue conversations with human agents.
3. Account and authorization
- You must provide accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for protecting access to your account and devices.
- You may connect only Pages that you are authorized to manage.
- Application access can be revoked in Facebook settings.
4. Acceptable use
The service must be used lawfully and in accordance with Meta policies. Spam and misleading, discriminatory, illegal, or promotional content are prohibited in messages reserved for utility purposes.
5. Customer service and messaging windows
Users must follow Meta's messaging windows and categories. The HUMAN_AGENT tag will be applied to conversations handled by a real person within the permitted period and must not be used for automation or advertising.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter subscription is voluntary. Subscribers can opt out at any time through the removal page or a link in the messages. Removal will be confirmed by a utility message when applicable.
7. Availability and changes
We may perform maintenance, fixes, and updates. Features that depend on Meta may be changed or become unavailable externally. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through appropriate channels.
8. Intellectual property
The interface, brand, text, and software are protected by applicable law. Using the service does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for violations of these terms, security risks, abusive use, or legal requirements. Users may stop using the service and request data deletion at any time.
