Data Deletion
You can request the removal of data associated with your account and connected Pages.
1. Disconnect the application on Facebook
Open your Facebook account settings, go to Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, locate Plexia, and remove it. This revokes access tokens and prevents new Page queries.
2. Request through the application
Complete the form above. You will receive a reference number for the request. Provide enough information to locate the account and Page, without including passwords or access tokens.
3. What will be deleted
- Links between the administrator account and Pages.
- Stored integration tokens and credentials.
- Message history retained by the application.
- Customer service lists and user preferences.
- Newsletter subscription, when requested.
4. Time frame and exceptions
The request will be completed within 15 days unless retention is required to meet a legal obligation, exercise rights, or prevent fraud. In those cases, the data will remain blocked for other purposes until the applicable period ends.
5. Confirmation
The reference number shown after submission identifies the request within the application. We may request additional information to validate identity and prevent improper deletion.
